Breast Enhancement Procedures

Due to advancements in medical technology, cosmetic and plastic surgery are now safer and better. And because of the influence of Hollywood celebrities, more and more people, who are getting younger by the year, are going under the knife, in the hopes of finally getting that perfect body.

One of the most popular plastic surgery procedures is breast augmentation. There are two main types of breast augmentation surgery – implants and mastoplexy, or breast lifting surgery. Implants increase the cup size of the breast, while mastopexy lifts and shapes the existing tissue, reducing saggy or loose skin and firming up the breast. This is a major decision that needs to be thought of over and over again.

A few points to help you decide:
1. In deciding what size you want, it is important to set realistic expectations. Your cup should be proportional to your body frame. A good doctor is honest enough to tell you the limitations of your body and will not agree to give you a cup size which you could regret later.

2. Trying on size prior to your consultation will be a great idea.

3. Get a good, qualified and trusted surgeon.

4. Before you decide to have augmentation surgery, you should be at your ideal weight and finished having children. If you have implants, it may be difficult or impossible to breastfeed in the future, so you should plan these procedures for after your childbearing years. Gaining or losing large amounts of weight can also affect the appearance of your implants, so it makes sense to wait until you’re at a stable weight before having this procedure.

Erica Charlotte aka Cate

Meet my baby Cate.

She was born last October 17, 2010, 9:55am at Aquinas Hospital via CS. She weighs 1.8kg and her height is 43cms. Such a very tiny baby. Born premature at 34weeks. But a very brave girl. She stayed at the hospital for a week for her photo therapy and antibiotics.

And here are her monthly photos. Yes she is now 3 months old. Time really flies so fast! My tiny baby is gone and look at her latest photo, chubby baby already! She weighs 5.05kls now. Big improvement isn’t it? I am one happy mom now. I am still adjusting in terms of my sleeping pattern. I am not used to 3-4 hours of sleep only. Specially now that I am breastfeeding her, I wake up every two hours. Hard but the sacrifice is worth it. My baby is growing really well. I love looking at her progress.

Anti Aging Game

My mom is addicted to Bubble games which she discovered a few days ago from the internet. Whenever I see her on her laptop or desktop computer she is playing that bubble game. She is enjoying the game so much. I see a lot of smiles lately from her. I love it when I see her smiling and enjoying her play time. She is so stressed from work and I am glad that that game is a stress reliever for her. Being so stressed will cause her fast aging so I am thankful for that game. At least for a while she forgets all the problems from work that she is facing and just enjoy the game.

I am also recommending her the puzzle games from the same site. I know that she is not a puzzle fan but there is nothing wrong in trying right? This will sharpen her memory as well. Or maybe I will include dad to try it as well. They will surely look good together playing in front of the computer. Sweet!

If someone is enjoying her play time, it will lessen the lines in her face. And add to that the aging. Mom looks young to her age and I don’t want that to change. Some people are complementing her looks. And who doesn’t want to receive more good compliments right? Might try to play games now as I don’t have plans of using creams for my anti aging. =)

What game do you play as well? Care to share?
